Your ceremony is at the heart of your day, and I will put you at the heart of your dream ceremony. You'll be completely free to use any readings, music or anything else which is meaningful to you, with no restrictions on the content, timing or location of your wedding.
It's a very special moment when you say your vows to each other in front of your nearest and dearest, and it's even more special when you've chosen every word of your ceremony yourself. No stumbling over awkward words and phrases here!
You can rely on my expertise to guide you through every aspect of your ideal wedding ceremony, and I'll be available to answer any questions you may have as we prepare for your big day. It's really important to me that you feel completely comfortable on your wedding day, so that you really can relax and enjoy your wedding ceremony just as much as the rest of your day.

As your wedding Celebrant, I work with you to create a personal and unique
wedding ceremony.
In a nutshell, the process looks like this:
Our first chat is usually via a 30-minute, no-obligation consultation via a video-call (WhatsApp or FaceTime), or a telephone call if you prefer.
Once you have chosen and booked your preferred package (see below), I'll send you a questionnaire to give me all those little nuggets of information that I can use to create your perfect ceremony, as well as the practical details to make sure that the choreography goes completely smoothly on the day. we will have a further chat, where you can tell me your plans and ideas for the sort of wedding ceremony you would like.
Don't worry if you have no idea at this stage - that's where I come in! You'll have access to a private, client space on my website where you'll find lots of ideas for your ceremony, and we will usually arrange a meeting (either face-to-face or a video call) to chat through ideas before I start to write your ceremony.
Once you've received the first draft of your bespoke ceremony, you'll be completely free to make as many changes as you like until you are sure that it is perfect for you or, of course, approve it as it is. The ceremony that we create together will be personal, sincere, joyful and fizzing with love and happiness.
Once you've approved the ceremony, we will talk through the choreography if you wish, from the arrival of your guests to your leading them off to celebrate afterwards, and any specific details (such as ensuring seating for a particular member of the family, etc.), so you will be completely reassured that everything is in safe hands.
I only ever book one ceremony on any given date, so you can be sure that you will have my full attention on your special day.
On the day, I will arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to liaise with the venue, photographer, wedding party, key participants (eg: those giving a reading, musicians, etc.) and, of course, to check-in with both of you!

A bespoke, relaxed and meaningful ceremony with no additional embellishments or enhancements. Includes:

confirmation that your wedding is the only booking I will take on your chosen date

unlimited contact by phone/video chat or email, and up to two in-person/ video meetings, dependent on distance from Sussex*

as much, or as little, advice and guidance on writing your own vows as you require

advice and guidance during the planning process on the logistics and choreography of your ceremony

on the day, I will arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to liaise with the venue, photographer, and any participants (readers, musicians etc.)

commemorative wedding certificate, which may also be signed by up to four witnesses if you wish

a beautiful, keepsake copy of your wedding ceremony script
* travel within 11/2 hours' travel from my home (as indicated by Google maps). Further travel charged at 0.45p per mile, and final cost agreed at the time of booking. Any reasonable overnight accommodation costs will be notified and agreed at the time of booking, as appropriate.
The Classic Package provides everything you need to make your bespoke wedding ceremony extra special and includes:

unity candle ceremony, including two taper candles and unity candle, all personalised with your names and date of your wedding

sand ceremony, including up to three colours of sand (chosen by you), and appropriate vessel

a walk-through rehearsal with key participants the day before your ceremony (dependent on distance from Sussex*, or by arrangement)

on the day, I will arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to liaise with the venue, photographer, and any participants (readers, musicians etc.)

For the ultimate in luxury wedding ceremonies, the Deluxe Package includes everything in the Classic Package, plus:

option of Celtic 12-strand hand tying cord in colours to match your theme and colour-scheme

two additional beautiful, handmade, hardback copies of your ceremony script, making three copies in total

after the ceremony, I will stay on to act as MC during the wedding breakfast and until the first dance, including:

liaising with photographer to help marshal guests for group photographs

advising guests when to make their way in to the wedding breakfast, and working with the venue to ensure everyone is seated in good time

announcing the arrival of the newly-weds
-
introducing the speeches
-
announcing the cutting of the cake and first dance

includes all travel expenses and overnight accommodation (in the UK)
